A Slice of Lemon Heaven
I made Tammy this cake for her birthday, a labor of lemon love, using a recipe from America’s Test Kitchen.  The frosting is seven minute meringue with a bit of lemon juice to give it some zing.  The yellow filling is a gorgeous lemon curd.
Yes, it was amazing.
